Cascaded Boilers
Applications
The managing system for cascaded boilers has been designed to control a system of max. 12 boilers (CH and DHW) and can use also 3 “additional” boards. With these boards, which can be customized, you can interface and manage solar systems as well as other additional functions.
Boilers must be prepared for connection through OpenTherm bus. Each boiler requires a specific interface – supplied by Nordgas – to translate the three-wire-communication bus into OpenTherm format.
Outside temperature probe, room thermostat or remote control device maximize all function parameters. The system can also interface with external control devices.
Special care has been invested in determining the user interface – the result is a large backlight graphic LCD (128x240 pixel). Information is displayed as text and icons.
The system also has a Touch Screen type interface to make the use of the product easier and more direct.
A specific managing software makes the configuration of the system even more simple: it allows to set all function parameters on pc and transfer this configuration straight into the system memory.
The system has been designed to be connected to an external modem (analogue or gsm) which makes it possible to remote the control of the system.

• Connections by means of screw connector.
