Applications
This kit has been designed for use in gas-fueled domestic ovens (natural gas or LPG) with power ranging from only a few hundred watt to some kW.
It is made up of the gas valve of the NV01 family, of the regulation and flame safety control system with integrated temperature control, of the user interface and oven inside temperature probe.
The particular feature of this oven managing system is that it keeps the cooking temperature extremely constant: temperature changes are reduced to few degrees even at low operating temperatures.
The user interface, by means of an inside clock, allows to preset the starting or turning-off time of the oven, to set the cooking temperature, to enable inside ventilation, as well as diagnostics and restoring of any fault conditions.
